Former North Texas Players at McNeese
Former North Texas Quarterback Riley Dodge and former Wide Receiver Darius Carey have transferred to McNeese and playing this season.
Dodge was splitting some time with returning quarterback sophomore Cody Stroud. On Sept 30th it was announced he was out with an injury and not seen action since then. He played in three games going 15-25 with two touchdown passes and no interceptions. He was averaging 59.3 passing yards a game.
Carey has been in eight games starting three of them. He has caught 35 passes for 420 yards with two touchdowns and recording an average of 52.5 yards a game. He has fielded six punt returns for an average return of 18.3 yards and one touchdown. He was Southland Conference Special Teams Player of the week on Sept 19th.
