The Sun Belt Conference schools compete on the field, gym, court etc., but there are times when all teams need to pull together in order to support other conference members. Such is the case of the Capital One Mascot Bowl. Here is the link Vote for Big Red.  The competition has now narrowed down to eight mascots and winner will be announced at the Capitol One Bowl played on New Years Day.  The winning mascot will win $15,000 for their school.

The lone remaining Sun Belt Conference mascot remaining is from Western Kentucky.  Don't know what you call the Big Red thing but the kids that worked hard to get to this point deserve all Sun Belt Conference members support.
