Dodge QB/WR Camp begins next Monday

Coming up on June 7th-10th is the Coach Todd Dodge Quarterback/Wide Receiver Camp. The three day camp will be held at the University of North Texas with the investment of $180.00.

Dodge works on the two positions to help high school players work on fundamentals which will improve their skills to make them more effective in the upcoming season.

Players from all over Texas and some outlying states go to the camp. The camp is a popular one because it usually fills up early. Teaching at the camp will be instructors who have years of experience teaching both positions. In addition to the coaches, Dodge also brings in quarterbacks and wide receivers that are playing at the college level. They sort of bridge the gap between the coaches and high school players. They give first hand experience of what it is like playing college ball.

Like all camps, it gives high school players the opportunity to improve their skills but also to see the North Texas Athletic Facilities, visit the campus and see what the community of Denton has to offer.

This year’s camp will offer participates the opportunity to see the new football stadium.
